Mirella Dubon

My role at Gilliam Law is customer service specialist and legal assistant and I am currently transitioning to paralegal. I provide case updates to clients and provide any additional support needed in USCIS cases. I have worked in immigration law as an intern for a little over four months. I was drawn to this field because I myself am a daughter to immigrant parents and have dealt first hand with a family member being deported. It reminds me that the journey families face when acquiring citizenship is a tedious one that needs all support possible. Knowing that the work done here contributes to keeping families together and feeling safe with our representation is something I am proud to be a part of.

When I am not working you can find me spending time with family, enjoying the outdoors, video gaming, working out, and reading.
