Nancy Morataya-Gilliam

At Gilliam Law, I lead Business Development, where my focus is on building a strong foundation behind the scenes so our clients receive the highest level of legal representation and care. I work closely with our team to ensure our systems, processes, marketing, and HR all run smoothly—so every client experience feels organized, responsive, and supportive from start to finish.

I bring over 15 years of experience in SaaS sales, where I partnered with businesses on payroll and HR solutions. That background allows me to approach challenges with a problem-solving mindset and a deep commitment to efficiency, communication, and service. I’m passionate about supporting our team so they have the tools, structure, and encouragement they need to succeed—because when our team is supported, our clients are too.

As the spouse of our managing attorney, this work is also deeply personal. Gilliam Law is a true family effort, with my brother and our adult children all playing meaningful roles in the firm. I’m proud to be part of a team that treats every client with the same care, respect, and dedication we value within our own family.
